Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During holidays or product launches, processing may take longer.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping is offered on orders over $75 (US only).

Warm Weather Shipping
Candles may soften in transit during summer months. If your candle arrives warm, allow it to rest at room temperature before first use. This will not affect the burn quality.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue store credit.

Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered” by the carrier. Please contact your local post office with tracking details for assistance.
